Confidentiality

If you are visiting us for the first time, you will be asked to complete a client information form. Your personal details will remain confidential and accessible by emporia salon & day spa only.

Appointments

Please arrive on time for your appointment as this time has been reserved for you. Late arrivals will mean that your treatment time may be shortened. As a first time client, a deposit for your treatment may be requested if the service is >1 hour long - this can be payed over the phone or in person. If payment isn't made, the appointment will not be reserved.

Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, but we require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Cancellations or ‘no-shows’ within 24 hours of your appointment will incure a 50% charge of the treatment/s booked. For treatments over an hour, you will be asked for credit card details at the time of booking.
